WAYS TO BE A HEALTHY PERSON Now a days, all of us have become health conscious due to the increase of health issue created by our unhealthy lifestyle. All of us eat outside, sit at one place hence have bare minimum physical activity, and increased stress leading to mental problems. Here, are a few basic pointers that will help you improve your lifestyle. EAT HEALTHY : Don't eat junk food. Eat organic food instead of the processed stuff. Eat fresh food. Have a lot of water and other fluids Eat according to the food pyramid. Eat according to the bodies needs; not too much or too less. Avoid consumption of alcohol and smoking. OUR COMMON EARTH  The Earth is a majestic and alluring place. It is a really unique planet since it is the only planet with the existence of life, this is possible because it is located in the biosphere, which is a sphere or area located around the sun at a perfect distance from it. The sun is a source of life for all of living things. Earth is divided into biotic and abiotic components. Abiotic components consist of non-living things– air, sunlight, water and soil; they divide the Earth into three spheres or systems – lithosphere (land), hydrosphere (water) and atmosphere (air). Biotic components consist of living things – animals and plants, they make the forth sphere or system – biosphere. Abiotic and Biotic components are always interdependent on each other in some or the other way. Humans are a part of the biotic components, since we are living organisms and have evolved from the hominoid family of the great apes, hence we too are animals, more specifically moneys

GO TO THE BEACH  - The beach is the best place to go during the summer. So wear your swim suits or binkis with your sun glasses and hats while doing you favourite activities which may include - Surfing Swimming  Tanning and reading a book Beach Volleyball  Build sandcastles Find seashells Watch the sunset Walk or stroll GO TO THE HILL STATION  - Enjoy the greenery and cool winds of the hill station! THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU ARE BORED (OUTSIDE)  We often find ourselves bored inside our houses and are itching to get some fresh air. So dress and get up to go outside those four walls and do the following things that are sure to keep you in high spirits. GO FOR A WALK  - Walking is a great way to refresh your mind. Wear some head phones with good music with your sports shoes and you're good to go. You can also take your dog for a walk and challenge your self for long distances. GO TO THE GYM  - If you've payed money for the gym, now is the time. hit the gym and sweat it out while getting yourself fit. JOIN SOME CLASSES  - It's time to learn and practice new thing, sign up for classes like - drawing, dancing, calligraphy, computer techniques, baking, etc - and go for at least five class. GO TO THE NEARBY CAFE  - Hit your favourite cafe or eatery and order your favourite or their special treats. GO SHOPPING  - There are bound to be stuff
