WAYS TO BE A HEALTHY PERSON

Now a days, all of us have become health conscious due to the increase of health issue created by our unhealthy lifestyle. All of us eat outside, sit at one place hence have bare minimum physical activity, and increased stress leading to mental problems. Here, are a few basic pointers that will help you improve your lifestyle.


  • EAT HEALTHY :

  1. Don't eat junk food.
  2. Eat organic food instead of the processed stuff.
  3. Eat fresh food.
  4. Have a lot of water and other fluids
  5. Eat according to the food pyramid.
  6. Eat according to the bodies needs; not too much or too less.
  7. Avoid consumption of alcohol and smoking.
  • EXERCISE :
  1. Start a day with stretches.
  2. Do Yoga.
  3. Do for jogging, running, or even walks.
  4. Go to the gym.
  5. Go for hikes and nature trails - when you have holiday go fore a hike it will refresh you and keep you fit while you enjoy natures offerings.
  6. Enjoy regular rigorous activities.
  7. Climb the stairs instead of using the elevator.
  8. Ditch the vehicles - if you have to go somewhere use a cycle or just walk there, it keeps you fit and is environment friendly.

  • BE MENTALLY STRONG AND STABLE :

  1. Meditate.
  2. Do Yoga - it improves concentration and tolerance power of a person.
  3. Do stress too much.
  4. Sleep regularly - don't sleep too much or too less
  5. Keep yourself away from negative thoughts and people.
  6. Be positive - start and end your day with positive affirmations.
  7. Organise your thoughts - ask yourself questions and spend time mulling over them,then write them in a journal or diary.
  8. Take up a religion - all religions have the same teachings about the supreme authority, this world and our role in it, hence it might help you improve your lifestyle and ways.
  9. Spend time improving yourself and don't worry too much about you prior mistakes

  • HYGIENE (PERSONAL AND PUBLIC) :

  1. Shower everyday - removes death skin and bacteria on it
  2. Brush and floss your teeth everyday - prevents foul mouth and gum and teeth diseases
  3. Wash your hands after use and before meals
  4. Moisturise your body
  5. Clean your feet
  6. Wash your face twice a day - it keeps your face oil and pimple free and refreshes you
  7. Wear clean clothes
  8. Have a clean surrounding
